Crowley’s Granite is the premier stone fabrication/installation company in the Portland Metro area and over the past 22+ years we have achieved a level of quality, precision and efficiency that most stone shops can only hope to achieve. We apply the same principles to our hiring process and are always looking for great additions to our team.

We are currently looking to add a Granite and Quartz Sawyer to our production team. We prefer someone with at least some construction or remodeling experience and will give extra consideration to those who have 1 to 2 years’ experience as a Sawyer of stone countertops. Previous CNC experience is also a plus.

Skills You MUST Bring:

• Great attention to detail and ability to produce exceptional quality work
• Effective communicator – Must be able to speak and read English
• Think ahead of current task to what is coming next
• Safe handler and lifter of materiel—50+ lbs. on a regular basis
• Read tape measure to 16th of an inch or less
• Can translate work orders and templates to job layout
• Able to safely use overhead cranes
• Able to perform basic maintenance on machines
• Willing to follow all safety protocols and checklists
• Work hours Mon – Fri 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Crowley’s Granite Concepts is the premier stone fabrication/installation company in the Portland Metro area and over the past 22+ years, we have achieved a level of quality, precision, and efficiency that most stone shops can only hope to achieve.

We are looking to add 1 – 2 experienced Granite/Quartz countertop Installers to join our team! This position requires 1 – 2 years min. previous countertop installation experience and we prefer someone who also has some construction or remodeling experience as well.

Concerned about heavy lifting and the resulting back pain so common in our industry? Don’t be. We use the patented “No Lift Install System” – hydraulic carts that do the lion’s share of our slab lifting and movement which dramatically reduces the amount of manual lifting required during our installations. We’re looking for people with these skills and attributes:

• Great attention to detail. Must be able to accurately measure down to the 16th of an inch.

• Ability to communicate, and represent themselves and the company in a professional and customer-focused manner. Must be able to speak and write in English.

• MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER and have a current, valid driver’s license with at least 3 years current, continuous driving history (NO lapses/gaps in coverage), and a clean driver’s history for the past 3 years. If you’re between the ages of 18 – 21 you cannot have ANY tickets or violations per our insurance carrier.

• Offer is contingent on the results of a Criminal background check AND your ability to be insurable with our insurance carrier to drive company vehicles.

General Qualifications:

Specific Duties/Responsibilities by position
• Greet walk-in customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Qualify/screen prospective clients – ability to gather all necessary data to provide accurate quotes
• Handle a multi-line telephone system and direct calls
• Produce and send quotes, managing a book of leads and contacts and follow through on all details
• Return calls and E-mails from CRM and website leads, proper entry/set up into customer CRM
• Conduct sales presentations, present products, and service offerings, prepare and execute contracts
• Provide admin, clerical and office sales support to all customers as needed
