Crowley's Granite & Quartz did an outstanding job fabricating a stone clad reception desk I designed for a client. It was a complicated fabrication and install and they handled it beautifully. The process was smooth, and they kept to the schedule. I would highly commend their fabrication services.

I contacted Crowley’s about getting some chips repaired on our granite countertops. We also wanted to get our counters resealed, since they were installed about 16 years ago and I don’t think they’ve always been well maintained. I got a text from Joey to schedule, which was super flexible and convenient. He showed up on time and very prepared. He filled all of the problem chips we had, including a massive chunk that was missing from the edge of our granite next to the sink. I wish I’d taken a before picture! Our countertop looks so great, he did an amazing job. He also chatted with us about what to use for sealing the countertop in the future. Great experience with Crowley’s!

We could not afford a “design-build” remodel of our 2.5 baths. We knew what we wanted and were confident that we could make them look great within our budget, but were completely stuck on where to begin. Finally, we walked into Crowley’s with our measurements and ideas. We explained that we wanted to refinish our MCM vintage cabinets, but somehow raise the tops from 30” to 34”. They instantly knew and were 100% supportive of what we wanted. I felt like a weight had lifted off my shoulders. When they gave us what we considered a very reasonable estimate, we proceeded. Ultimately, the job was done well, on time and on budget. As others have written, Crowley’s is a joy to work with. They provide tons of info and proactively communicate. They are professional and upbeat and clearly take pride in their company and their work. Highly recommend Crowley’s based on our experience.

My experience with Crowley's Granite has been marvelous. From the first look at my original kitchen counters, to the detailed discussion about the change-over to quartz, to my selection of the sought-after style of stone at their showroom and warehouse, to the process of measurements, through to the demolition and then the final installation, every step proceeded with efficiency, professionalism, courtesy, and rapidity in their answering all my many questions and inquiries. They went the extra mile: connecting me to and setting up appointments with companies to have appliances disconnected and reconnected, to even the owner himself coming by on an hour's notice to treat some discovered black mold. What a fabulous company to work with. We would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future for our bathroom countertops. We had an L shaped kitchen counter, island, kitchen desk and laundry room counters installed. The Sales team was fantastic and worked with us through several changes. We loved being able to pick out our own slabs. One of the big box stores didn't allow it. We came across several issues through our project such as a sink we wanted through a supplier was backordered and the team found the exact one through their supplier at a cheaper price and we were able to keep the project on track. Another issue arose when the demo crew damaged our refrigerator. The next day the Install Manager showed up and got the part number for the door and ordered a new replacement and we had it within a week. Sometimes issues like this define a great company in how they deal with problems in a timely fashion with no questions asked. The design, fabrication and install team were very meticulous and spent the time getting everything perfect. We want to thank the entire team for their customer service, quality, responsiveness and timely execution of our project. We love the results.

Crowley's was our top choice after getting multiple bids to upgrade all of the kitchen and bathroom countertops in our home. They were professional, on-time, fairly priced, did great work and easy to work with from start to finish. I would highly recommend!

I did a lot of research before I picked Crowley’s to install new Quartz countertops, sink and a new cooktop unit for me and I was not disappointed. I love my new kitchen. They did an amazing job. Everyone from the office to the crews were so friendly and professional. They made sure every detail was taken care of. When family and friends came over their mouths literally dropped open. They can’t believe the difference it made. If you are looking for quality people and quality workmanship I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I love my new quartz countertop installed in my kitchen by Crowley's Granite and Quartz. People's mouths have literally dropped open when they saw the transformation from my old tile countertops. People keep complimenting me on the new look and several have said they want to go home and start planning a new look for their kitchens. Crowley's did an absolutely beautiful and professional job. All of their staff from the office were very friendly, patient with all my questions and went above and beyond to guide me through the whole process. The templater, the demo crew, and the installers were very professional and friendly as well and did an outstanding job. I am extremely happy with my experience with Crowley's. From the salesperson, to the support staff, to the installer and his assistants, every person was great. My new bathroom counters look fantastic! The president did the actual install. This is why I love working with small companies; the person doing the install had lots of experience to make my final product look great, and because he's very invested in the company, he also gave great customer service. And it's always a bonus when the on-site contractors don't smell like cigarettes! Definitely recommend!

From the minute we walked into Crowley’s, we realized we were dealing with competent grownups. Every employee knew the answers to our questions and offered helpful advice we hadn’t even thought to ask for. They had good financing options and a professional installation team. Our project was tricky and required care to avoid damaging wood during the demolition. Crowley’s did an excellent job with that and with communication at every stage. I’ve already recommended them to several people on the coast where we live. They travel and are worth the extra cost.

My rating will show up as 5 star but the slightly less than perfect project result knocks the final rating down a peg to a 4.8 or so. Overall, we’re pleased with the way our kitchen and bathroom vanity counter replacements turned out. Everyone we worked with was exceptional to deal with. The demo/install crew was skilled, respectful, careful and cleaned thoroughly after each day. Cheryl deserves more than 5 stars as working with her throughout the process was probably my very best experience working with a remodeling contractor. She was kind, incredibly responsive, giving updated quotes in seemingly the blink of an eye, extremely patient and understanding and she never pressured us one way or another during our decision making process. I do have to deduct a little from the final rating as the kitchen sink was not installed perfectly (leaving an overhang on 3 sides instead of all the way around) and the templating diagram of the kitchen counter we signed off illustrated a single seam in the kitchen counter but two were actually required, something we were not expecting. In sum, I’d recommend them despite the couple hiccups in the finished project that we now have to live with instead of our being completely satisfied with the results.

It was a pleasure to work with the Crowley team. They were professional throughout and everything carried out exactly on time and as promised. The links that Crowley has to contractors and plumbers and their ability to coordinate the whole job took all of the stress out of the remodel. Standard of work was exceptional, I'd have no hesitation to recommend.
